Signed-in users can also send a request from the app using the support button.
What to include
- The email address you sign in with.
- The organisation and site involved, if any.
- Whether you were using the app, Claude or ChatGPT, and what you asked the assistant to do.
- Any error message you saw.
Never send passwords, API keys or other secrets by email.
Disconnecting an assistant
To stop Claude or ChatGPT from accessing RepKlord, remove the RepKlord connector in that assistant's settings. Your sites stay in RepKlord.
